DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant Nella Manko, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order of this Court dated October 4, 2011, which determined her appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered July 15, 2009, and to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 8, 2011, which, inter alia, dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 7, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
