Plaintiff-appellant, pro se, having moved in both actions "to vacate and to reconsider" (i) the orders of this Court, entered on June 2, 2022 (M-1805/1807), May 20, 2021 (M-1390), March 18, 2021 (M-651), and November 19, 2019 (M-7525); (ii) the decision and order of this Court, entered on October 28, 2008 (Appeal No. 4425, Index No. 113306/06); (iii) the decision and order of this Court, entered on December 10, 2009 (Appeal Nos. 1720-1721, Index No. 109296/07), and (iv) the order of this Court entered on September 15, 2009 (M-4032/4042); to restore and reinstate the underlying actions (Index Nos. 109296/07 and 113306/06); and to permit her to serve papers herself,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are denied in their entirety.
