DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to direct the respondent to retain and preserve her medical records, bills and X-rays, for the years 2002-2003, pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 30, 2008, December 4, 2008, and October 7, 2011, respectively, and two orders of the same court, both dated January 22, 2009, and to waive the motion filing fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
