Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2013, which, inter alia, dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 7, 2011. Separate motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2013.
