DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 8, 2011, which, inter alia, dismissed appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 15, 2009, and August 14, 2009, respectively, and two orders of the same court both dated August 14, 2009, and a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2011, which denied her motion, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of the decision and order on motion dated February 8, 2011, as dismissed the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion dated February 8, 2011, and a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 30, 2011, which denied her motion, inter alia, to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion dated May 10, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
