DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 7, 2012, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2013. Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 30, 2013, and to reinstate the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant is precluded from making further motions or applications in connection with this appeal, without prior leave of this Court.
