An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on February 17, 2017, and an application having been made by Harold H. Litteer, Jr., Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the children,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Harold H. Litteer, Jr., Esq., dated March 28, 2017,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Gary Muldoon, Esq., 144 Exchange Boulevard, Suite 402, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby assigned as attorney for the children.
