CONFIDENTIAL

An appeal having been taken from two orders of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 01, 2021, And respondent-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid removal orders, which remanded the children to the custody of the Administration for Children's Services, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, or until Family Court issues new orders following a hearing held pursuant to Family Court Act 1027, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the aforesaid removal orders until completion of the ongoing hearing before the Family Court and a determination is made as to whether the children's interests require protection pending a final order of disposition.
