Order modified by requiring plaintiffs to pay as a condition of granting such order all costs of the action subsequent to the service of the complaint, including costs and disbursements of the trial, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements of this appeal. All concurred, except Stover, J., not voting.
