The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby dismissed on the Court's own motion based on petitioner's failure to timely file the certificate of service to Petitioner's “Permission to Request for an Extension by way of Error in Communication and Correspondence” and “Permission to Request for an Extension or Possible Acceptance for Untimely Response Credited to the Following Reasons” in accordance with this Court's order dated February 28, 2014. Any and all pending motions are hereby denied as moot.
