The reporter's record, requested on July 29, 2021, was due on October 28, 2021. When it was not filed, we notified court reporter Janet Dugger by postcard dated December 1, 2021 and directed her to file the reporter's record by December 31, 2021. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed, and we have had no communication from Ms. Dugger.
We ORDER court reporter Janet Dugger to file the complete reporter's record in these appeals by January 18, 2022. We caution Ms. Dugger that the failure to do so will result in the Court taking whatever action it deems appropriate to ensure these appeals proceed in a more timely manner, which may include ordering she not sit until the record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable John Roach Jr., Presiding Judge, 296th Judicial District Court; to court reporter Janet Dugger; and to counsel for all parties.
