This case was scheduled to be tried at the Court's March 22, 2021, Los Angeles, California, remote trial session. On January 26, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Remand (Doc. 7). The Court granted the motion, and the case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals. On November 5, 2021, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 16) informing the Court that the Appeals Officer and petitioner's counsel are working to resolve the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before January 10, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
