This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 22, 2021, Los Angeles, California, remote trial session. On January 26, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Remand (Doc. 7). The Court granted the Motion, and the case was remanded to the IRS Independent Office of Appeals.
On March 4, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 45). Upon due consideration, it is hereby
