This case for the redeterminations of deficiencies, presently set for trial during the Los Angeles, California, trial session that begins in that city on October 7, 2024, is before the Court on respondent's motion for order to show cause, filed August 23, 2024. Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted. It is further

ORDERED that at the time, date and place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served May 7, 2024, petitioner show cause why the matters covered in respondent's motion should not be deemed admitted for purposes of this case. It is further
