ORDER

This case for the redeterminations of deficiencies, presently set for trial during the Detroit, Michigan, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on September 23, 2024, is before the Court on respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed August 30, 2024.

Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is set for hearing at the time, date and place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served April 25, 2024.

Petitioner is advised that the failure to attend the hearing could result in the entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion.
