On September 29, 2021, petitioner filed electronically in the above-docketed matter a document under the improper designation "Answer to Supplement to Petition". Review, however, shows that the document is analogous in nature to an Amendment to Petition, and it will be so recharacterized.
Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's just-referenced document, filed September 29, 2021, shall be recharacterized as an Amendment to Petition.
