Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 13, 2016,And defendants-appellants Marx Realty & Improvement Co., Inc., et al. (M-2735) and defendant/third-party defendant/second third-party plaintiff Weir Welding Company, Inc. (M-2926) having separately moved for an enlargement of time to perfect their respective appeals,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that, sua sponte, the appeals are consolidated, and appellants are permitted to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon 9 copies of one record and one set of appellants' points covering the consolidated appeals. The attention of the parties is directed to 22 NYCRR § 600.11, and it is further, Ordered that the time to perfect the consolidated appeals is enlarged to the March 2018 Term.
