MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal by withdrawing her notice of appeal. The motion is granted, and this appeal is dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.2(a).

Although appellant has not personally signed the motion to dismiss, an affidavit was presented to the trial court during an abatement hearing in which the appellant stated that she did not want to continue this appeal. The trial court took judicial notice of the affidavit.
