ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On October 7, 2021, petitioner's counsel, Betty J. Williams, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. Also on October 7, 2021, petitioner's counsel, Richard Todd Luoma, filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. In their motions, petitioner's counsels indicate that respondent has no objection to the granting of the motions and that prior notice of the motions was given to petitioner. Although the Court provided petitioner the opportunity to file an objection, if any, to the above-referenced motions, petitioner has not done so.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motions are granted and Betty J. Williams and Richard Todd Luoma are withdrawn as petitioner's counsels in this case.
