On Appeal from the 195th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F23-52347

ORDER

AMANDA L. REICHEK, JUSTICE

Before the Court is counsel Nanette Hendrickson's December 6, 2024 fourth motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief. The brief was originally due September 9, 2024. In the motion, Ms. Hendrickson states she "has fully reviewed the record and is currently in the process of writing the brief." We GRANT the motion and order Ms. Hendrickson to file appellant's brief on or before DECEMBER 23, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 4.1(a).

If appellant's brief is not filed by that date, this appeal may be abated for the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2).
