This case is presently set for trial during the Court's remote trial session scheduled to begin on November 4, 2024, and is before the Court on respondent's Motion for Continuance. Giving due regard to the representations contained in that motion, it is

ORDERED that the motion is set for remote hearing as shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial served June 11, 2024, at a time and date certain of 1:30 PM Eastern on Monday, November 4, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that the parties (1) need not comply with the terms and obligations set forth in the Standing Pretrial Order, served June 11, 2024, and (2) are excused from appearing at calendar call on November 4, 2024, as previously directed.

The parties are advised that the Court is inclined to grant the motion; the hearing will establish expected future actions to be taken by each party.
