Ellen A. Malloy Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

The petition in this case was filed on November 19, 2021. Michael A. Raiken entered his appearance as counsel for petitioner by signing that petition. See Tax Court Rule 24(a)(1) and (2). On March 23, 2022, E. Martin Davidoff electronically filed a Substitution of Counsel. The substitution of counsel sought to substitute Counsels E. Martin Davidoff and Nicole Bononi-Wilson for Counsel Michael A. Raiken for petitioner, but failed to comply with Tax Court Rule 24(d) as to Nicole Bononi-Wilson.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 14, 2022, if Nicole Bononi-Wilson wishes to enter her appearance in this case as counsel for petitioner, she shall file a separate entry of appearance. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on Nicole Bononi-Wilson at her address as stated in the Substitution of Counsel, filed March 23, 2022. 1
