Appeals having been taken to this Court by defendant from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 27, 2015 and January 28, 2016, And, an order of this Court entered on October 20, 2016 (M-4044/M-4186) having dismissed the appeal from the aforesaid order entered on or about June 27, 2015 and denied dismissal of the appeal taken from the order entered on or about January 28, 2016,And, defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the aforesaid appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is order that the motion is granted solely to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered on or about January 28, 2017, to the March 2017 Term. The motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal taken from the order entered or about June 27, 2015 is denied as academic.
