Summary Dispositions May 7, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is vacated in part, and the case is remanded to that Court for plenary consideration of the question whether the Wayne Circuit Court erred by granting summary disposition on the plaintiffs' design defect claims in LC 93-305471-NO. MCR 7.302(F)(1). The Court of Appeals is to allow the parties to file supplemental briefs on that issue. In all other respects leave to appeal is denied. Reported below: 210 Mich. App. 282.
