ORDER

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction as to petitioner Caitlin R. Malicki and to change caption, filed April 23, 2024, and of respondent's status report, filed May 23, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction insofar as it relates to petitioner Caitlin R. Malicki. It is further

ORDERED that the caption in this case is amended to read "Joseph M. Malicki, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent." It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the June 10, 2024, San Francisco, California, trial session of the Court and is continued with jurisdiction retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before June 28, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or if that is not possible, then separate reports) stating the then-current status of this case.
