MEMORANDUM OPINION ON REHEARING


By opinion dated March 24, 2004, we dismissed this appeal for failure to pay the trial court clerk's fee for preparing the clerk's record. Maldonado v. State, No. 12-03-00429-CR, 2004 WL 583582 (Tex. App.-Tyler March 24, 2004, no pet. h.) (not designated for publication). Appellant filed a motion to reinstate, which we construe as a motion for rehearing. Since receiving Appellant's motion for rehearing, we have also received the clerk's record. Consequently, Appellant's motion for rehearing is granted, and this appeal is reinstated.
