This case is calendared for trial at the April 25, 2022, Boston, Massachusetts, Trial Session of the Court.

On March 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion), indicating additional time is needed to consider the merits of the case. Petitioner has no objection to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 25, 2022, Boston, Massachusetts, Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 23, 2022, the parties shall either submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case. 1
