DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to direct compliance with CPLR 5528 (a) (5).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, only to the extent that respondent Town of Eastchester Fire District may file and serve a supplemental record on appeal, within 15 days of the filing and service of the record on appeal, which shall include only the documents attached as exhibit G to said respondent's papers in support of the motion.
