JONATHAN RICHARD MALCOLM, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge.

On March 24, 2023, petitioner electronically filed an Answer (Index #12), which was changed to Letter by Petitioner. Further review of the document leads the Court to believe that petitioner meant to file a Status Report. The Court will recharacterize the Letter by Petitioner filed March 24, 2023, as petitioner's Status Report.

That same day petitioner electronically filed a Memorandum in Support of Answer (Index #13). It appears that the memorandum in support of answer (Index #13) is a duplicate. Accordingly, the Court will strike the memorandum in support of answer (Index #13) from the record. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Letter by Petitioner, filed March 24, 2023, is hereby recharacterized as petitioner's Status Report. It is further

ORDERED that the Memorandum in Support of Answer (Index #13), filed March 24, 2023, is hereby stricken from the Court's record.
