ORDER

DAVID GUSTAFSON JUDGE

Trial in this case is scheduled for the Court's Boston session beginning June 6, 2022. However, on May 31, 2022, the Court held a telephone conference with the parties and learned that they have reached a basis of settlement and intend to file a proposed stipulated decision. It is therefore

ORDERED that this case is continued from the Boston session beginning June 6, 2022; so that this case will not be called at that session, and the parties need not appear; but that the judge signing this order retains jurisdiction over this case. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than June 30, 2022, the parties shall file their proposed stipulated decision.
