DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by the appellants Michael William Torelli and South Shore Family Practice Associates, P.C., and separate application the appellant Kerri Ann Petitpain, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective reply briefs on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 8, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the time to serve and file the reply briefs is enlarged until February 6, 2013, and the reply briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
