This case is currently set for trial at the Court's December 12, 2022, Denver, Colorado trial session. On September 15, 2022, petitioner improperly filed a first amended petition which the Court recharacterized as a "Motion for Leave to File First Amended Petition (embodying amendment to petition)". On October 21, 2022, respondent filed a Response to Motion for Leave to File First Amended Petition (embodying amendment to petition), stating that respondent does not object. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Leave to File First Amended Petition (embodying amendment to petition), filed September 15, 2022, is granted and petitioner's Amendment to Petition is filed as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 28, 2022, respondent shall file an Answer to petitioner's Amendment to Petition.
