On April 23, 2022, petitioner filed three Exhibit(s). On June 24, 2022, petitioner filed Answer to Amended Petition. Also on June 24, 2022, petitioner filed Declaration of W-2 EXHALE BRANDS in Support of Answer to Amended Petition and Declaration of W-2 GROWSMITH in Support of Answer to Amended Petition. The filing of these documents is improper as they appear to be in the nature of evidence. Accordingly, the Court will strike these documents from the record in this case.
