ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT

APRIL L. FARRIS, JUDGE

The Court abated this appeal and remanded to the trial court on December 12, 2023. The abatement order struck appellant Ladamion Lamond Majors' brief filed pursuant to Anders v. The trial court appointed new counsel. Majors' current counsel has filed a motion to extend time to file an appellate brief.

Accordingly, the Court reinstates this appeal on the Court's active docket. The Court further grants in part Majors' motion to extend time. Majors' appellate brief is due within 15 days of the date of this order.
