On order of the Court, the motions to expand the record are DENIED and the motion to strike exhibits is GRANTED. The motion to partially lift stay is DENIED. The application for leave to appeal the July 8, 2021 judgment of the Court of Appeals and the motion to hold application in abeyance are considered and, it appearing to this Court that the case of Markel v. William Beaumont Hospital, 961 N.W.2d 150 (Mich. 2021) is pending on appeal before this Court and that the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in that case.
