ORDER

NJ Transit Corporation and Kelvin Coats having submitted to this Court a petition for certification of the judgment in A-003737-17 (C-418-19), and Anasia Maison having submitted a notice of cross-petition for certification of that judgment (C-419-19), and the Court having considered the same; it is ORDERED that the petition for certification filed by NJ Transit Corporation and Kelvin Coats is granted, limited to the issues of whether New Jersey Transit buses and drivers are subject to the common carrier standard of negligence and whether defendants have immunity under the Tort Claims Act; and it is further

ORDERED that the cross-petition for certification filed by Anasia Maison is granted.
