DECISION PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

So much of the judgment as orders specific performance and injunctive relief for the plaintiff is reversed. So much of the judgment as orders payment of $10,750 along with costs and interest is reversed. So much of the judgment as orders entry of judgment for the intervener on the defendants' counterclaim is vacated and the counterclaim is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
