Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, unless within twenty days plaintiff stipulate to reduce the recovery to $200, with interest from July 18, 1909, in which event the judgment is affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Woodward, Jenks, Burr, Thomas and Carr, JJ., concurred.
