Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff as a result of a collision between a bus in which she was a passenger and a trolley car. Order setting aside verdict for plaintiff for $5,250 and granting a new trial on the ground it was excessive, unless plaintiff stipulate to reduce it to $2,500, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
