MEMORANDUM OPINION


This is an appeal from a judgment signed January 5, 2006.

On May 22, 2006, notification was transmitted to all parties of the Court's intent to dismiss the appeal for failing to comply with this court's order of May 4, 2006, which ordered the parties to agree on a mediator or to submit the names of two acceptable mediators within 10 days of the date of the order. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(c).

Appellants filed no response to the Court's order of May 4, 2006 or to the Court's May 22, 2006, notification.

Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
