Judgment affirmed, with costs. All concur. (The judgment adjudges holders of the First and Second Royalty Certificates of defendant [corporation] and of Participating Contracts of defendant [corporation] are not creditors, and that the sum of $1,670,587.50 on deposit with the Chase National Bank to the credit of defendant corporation belongs to the stockholders and [holders of] accepted orders for stock, and should be distributed to them upon dissolution of the defendant corporation.)
