DECISIONS PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.

So much of the judgment as dismisses the plaintiff's claims for monetary damages and injunctive relief is affirmed. So much of the judgment as dismisses the plaintiff's claims for declaratory relief is modified to provide a declaration that the defendants did not breach or violate any provision of the agreement at issue in this case and that the plaintiff has no right to recover damages or obtain an accounting from them or to obtain an injunction against them.
