Appellant's briefs in these companion cases were originally due on June 6, 2022 and were not filed. On June 8, 2022, this court notified appellant of the deficiency and instructed him to file a written explanation for the delay within ten days. On June 21, 2022, appellant filed both the briefs and motions requesting an extension of time to file the briefs. We GRANT appellant's motions for extension of time and deem the briefs timely filed as of June 21, 2022. Appellee's briefs are therefore due by July 21, 2022.
