Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.


Aside from any issue as to whether appellants are tenants, there is an issue as to whether they are entitled to the status of superintendent, which issue is pending before the State Labor Relations Board. Order unanimously reversed, without costs, and the motion for an injunction granted pending determination of the issues before the State Labor Relations Board. Settle order on notice.
