BROKERS, § 103 — when judgment for defendants in action for broker's commission was proper. In action by real estate broker for commission alleged to have been earned in sale of improved real estate owned by defendants, where plaintiff asserted that evidence showed without contradiction that he procured buyer and that deal was accepted by defendants, and it appeared that defendants had shown property to other interested buyers prior to inspection by parties represented by plaintiff and that plaintiff's contention as to selling price did not agree with defendants' testimony in that regard, held that under record, judgment for defendants was properly entered.
