ORDER


Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel is GRANTED in PART and DENIED in PART.

Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel production of information regarding other claims is GRANTED. Defendant is directed to provide Plaintiffs with the names and addresses of other claimants bringing similar claims.

Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Defendant to state the relevant industry standards is DENIED. It is Plaintiffs' burden to show the relevant industry standard as part of its case.

Defendant is directed to produce Mr. Elwood Feldman and Mr. Mike Cottrell for deposition at its place of business no later than May 11, 2001. "The general rule is that the deposition of a corporation by its agents and officers should be taken at the corporation's principal place of business." Chris-Craft Industrial Products v. Kuraray Company LTD., 184 F.R.D. 605, 606 (N.D.Ill 1999).

Plaintiffs' other requests are DENIED.
