The attorney for the child having applied for an extension of time to file his brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 16, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated February 14, 2017,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted and the attorney for the child shall file ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before March 16, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
