The attorney for the child having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 16, 2016, and for an extension of time to perfect,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated October 25, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the attorney for the child shall perfect his appeal on or before February 14, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
