ORDER


Plaintiff and defendant United States of America having consented to the transfer of this action to the Northern District of New York and represented that plaintiffs and all other defendants are residents of said district, the Court sua sponte transfers this action to the Northern District of New York pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). The action, which concerns Section 8 housing in that district, plainly could have been brought there, and the transfer patently would be in the interest of justice and for the convenience of the parties and witnesses.

SO ORDERED.
