Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on April 10, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to July 17, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affidavit of Lisa M. Robinson, Esq., sworn to August 6, 2014, and the affidavit of C. Taylor Payne, Esq., sworn to August 11, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 19, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 18, 2014, and inserting in its place the date September 19, 2014.
